This Privacy Policy explains how DONO Studio LLC, a California limited liability company (“DONO Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with our website and our design services (together, the “Services”).
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide. Your name, email address, company name, and the contents of the design briefs, files, and other materials you send us when you inquire about or use the Services.
- Billing information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited transaction details (such as the last four digits of your card, billing name, and payment status). We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
- Email correspondence. Messages you exchange with us, which are handled through Google Workspace / Gmail.
- Server logs. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and reliability purposes.
Our website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, deliver, and improve the Services and respond to your requests.
- To process subscription payments and manage your account.
- To communicate with you about your projects, billing, and changes to the Services.
- To display completed, non-confidential work in our portfolio, subject to the restrictions in our Terms of Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers that support our operations, including Stripe (payments), Google (email), and Cloudflare (website hosting).
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DONO Studio, our clients, or the public.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Data Retention
We retain project files and correspondence for as long as needed to provide the Services and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, tax, and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your materials as described below.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to appeal a denied request. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International Users
We operate in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
